My path
My career has taken me through audit and advisory at PwC and Deloitte, financial services at Rabobank, and now ethics and compliance in AI infrastructure. The common thread is understanding how organisations fail, and building the controls that stop it from happening.
What I focus on today
My work now centres on AI governance and the EU AI Act, export controls, third-party risk, KYC/AML and fraud risk. These are areas where regulation moves fast and practical guidance is still scarce, and that gap is what I write about.
